1. Identify the goods
Give the commodity and its intended use. Explain any special handling or transport characteristics, including batteries or liquids. Acceptance must be reviewed; do not assume every cargo type can be carried.
2. Measure the packaged cargo
Give the number and type of packages, total gross weight and volume. Package dimensions are particularly useful when the cargo volume or chargeable weight is not yet known. Include the unit of measurement.
3. Name the handover points
State the origin and destination country, city, port or airport. For door delivery, include the postal code and address. Let us know who will arrange collection, local handling, clearance and final delivery.
4. Describe the timing
Share the expected cargo-ready date and any required delivery date. Separate a firm deadline from a preferred date. The team will discuss a proposed schedule; the website does not offer guaranteed transit times.
5. Confirm the quotation scope
Ask which transport and local service stages are included, which charges are excluded, and how long the quote is valid. Mention any clearance requirements and documents currently available.
6. Leave a contact method
Provide a contact name and a valid business email or telephone number. Use the website inquiry form to save a request, or contact the team directly. Do not include identity documents or banking information in the initial request.
