China departure, a clear destination
Published ocean origins are Shanghai, Qingdao, Ningbo, Tianjin and Shenzhen; the published air origin is Shanghai. Destination markets are Europe, the United States and Indonesia. State whether you need work at origin, destination, or both. The team confirms the proposed scope for each shipment.
Shanghai port customs: identify the handover
Tell us which departure port or terminal is proposed, where the goods will be collected, and whether the destination handover is at a port or at an address. If the terminal has not been selected, say so. Confirm how cargo readiness, document review, terminal delivery and the proposed sailing are coordinated.
Start with cargo and document information
Share the product description and intended use, package count, gross weight and dimensions or volume. Note batteries, liquids or other special transport characteristics. Explain which commercial documents are available; the team can discuss the information relevant to the proposed shipment. Avoid sending identity documents or unrelated confidential files in the first website inquiry.
Confirm the declaration and cost responsibilities
Before booking, ask who performs the declaration, whose authorization is needed, what the customer must provide and what the quoted service includes. Confirm export work separately from destination clearance, delivery, duties and taxes. Any document checks, inspections, storage or other additional stages should be clarified in the written proposal.
The shipment proposal confirms the actual service provider, responsibilities, cargo acceptance and charges. This page does not establish customs eligibility, duties or a release date.
